1. Acceptance of Terms

•By using kaaen.ai, you agree to these Terms in full. If you disagree with any provision, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.
•These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and kaaen.ai. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time with prior email notice.
•Use is permitted for individuals and organizations over 18 years of age or representing a licensed business entity.

•kaaen.ai provides a platform to create and manage Digital Resources (DR) — AI-powered digital employees representing your organization 24/7.
•Services include: digital character creation, lip sync, voice cloning, custom knowledge bases, and intelligent multilingual conversations.
•The service is provided "as is". We make reasonable efforts to keep it continuously available; scheduled maintenance may cause brief interruptions with prior notice. A guaranteed service level (SLA) is agreed in writing as part of Enterprise plan contracts.

•You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities occurring under your account.
•Subscriptions: Starter ($199/mo) · Pro ($399/mo) · Enterprise ($999/mo). Prices may change with 30 days notice.
•Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. No refund is issued for the current billing period, but service continues until period end.
•Upon account termination, your data is deleted within 30 days per our Privacy Policy.

•The platform may not be used for illegal purposes, spreading misinformation, or infringing third-party intellectual property rights.
•Creating digital personas impersonating real individuals without their explicit consent, or content harmful to individuals or communities, is strictly prohibited.
•Strict prohibition on abusive and explicit content: Under no circumstances may digital entities be directed to produce, promote, or facilitate sexual, pornographic, obscene, or indecent content, or content targeting minors in any form. This prohibition is absolute and non-negotiable regardless of any claimed context, creative framing, or intended purpose.
•Attempting to breach the platform, circumvent usage limits, or resell services without an official license from us is prohibited.
•We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account violating these Terms immediately and without prior notice, and may report serious violations to relevant legal authorities.

•You retain ownership of all content you upload (images, audio, documents). By uploading, you grant us a limited license to process it and deliver the service.
•The platform, code, algorithms, and UI are the exclusive property of kaaen.ai and protected by intellectual property laws.
•Digital personas you create using the platform are yours, unless they incorporate models or assets licensed from third parties.

•kaaen.ai is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use or inability to use the service.
•Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid in the three months preceding the incident.
•We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing digital persona output before publishing.

•These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
•Any disputes shall be resolved before competent courts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and both parties consent to their jurisdiction.
•If any provision conflicts with applicable law, that law applies and the remaining Terms remain in effect.
